Welcome friends, fiends & sex machines! We're a Northeast PA based rock n roll band formed in 2003. If you're not familiar with us or our sound, we take an insane blend of Classic rock, Acoustic rock, Glam, Punk, Progressive, Metal and throw it all into a blender. The result being is The MESS without compromises. Voted best Indie band of 2008 by Weekender readers. We also released our single "With Me Tonight" on Boston's Illumina Records. We had the good fortune to grace many stages, and played with many great acts most notably Guns N Roses' bassist Duff McKagan's LOADED and L.A. Metal Badboys W.A.S.P.. So if you're looking for a little something different and original rather than the old dreadful Dave Matthews cover band, come on out and have a shot of The MESS.

Influences

Our influences are very eclectic at best. We like to keep things interesting and blend our influences together to form our sound. We like Amorphis, Megadeth, Hanoi Rocks, Michael Monroe, The Misfits, Ramones, To/Die/For, Guns N Roses, The Rolling Stones, Ozzy Osbourne, Alice Cooper, DIO, Charon, Poisonblack, etc. We're heavily influenced by the sounds of the rock and metal bands from Finland.
