The Space is an affordable place for bands to practice. It is also a meeting place for all sounds, no matter what your passions and dreams may be. You may be a band on your way to the top, or a drummer who needs a place to just make some noise. Jazz, rock, funk whatever you’re into, bring it on. The Space is equipped and ready. Or you can bring your own equipment. Secured storage is available.
Rooms will vary in sizes and are priced accordingly. Each band will have 3, 3-hour time slots per week between the hours of 4pm to7pm, 7pm to 10pm or 10 to 12pm. We will be closed on Sundays.
10x10 drum room $150 per month or $15 per hour.
8x15 fits 4 comfortable.$300 per month or $20 per hour.
21x20 or 20x10 fits 6 comfortable $350 per month or $35 per hour.
Practice Hall $500 $50 per hour.
