ABOUT

LOOK All the below is true but am now working with a young country vocalist and we are looking for musicians to form the rest of a band! We have lead vocals and rhythm guitar and drums and some background vocals. We would like to add bass, fiddle, lead and steel. If your one of these or in a group needing drummer and a country vocalist shoot me a message or look for my phone number. You can find it if you look in the right place and use the right area code. We are playing classic, new, outlaw country and southern rock with a touch of blues. ----->>> Former rock and country drummer looking to knock off the rust (and I am a bit rusty but been doing some sanding lately) and get back in the mix for the love of music and my own good therapy. I understand "dynamics" and can play soft or not at all when needed but I love to pound and pop rim shots. Have played from classic country groups to original hard rock and prefer something middle of the road of both. I guess I'm just a redneck hippie kind of dude. I can go from
Deep Purple to George Jones and still be happy then back to Ozzy and on to Hank Jr. and if there's a group out there that would actually do that well "we need to do some originals together". Look me up. I have lyrics!! I like a good show with sudden stops, sudden fast starts, stick twirls and tosses and lots of staged choreography which is why I prefer a group that like lots of rehearsal. I don't like to just show up and play. I like to give the audience more than they expect. I prefer to work with those willing to work together in a common shared idea manner to build this type of show without perfectionist control freaks. Still each must know their part to mold this new reality if you catch my drift! If your one of these folks get in touch with me, you'll find a way if you took the time to read all this then it's numerically easy you'll figure it out.

Are you kidding me I'm a drummer---- Neil Peart and no I cannot play like him! I also dig Jon "Bonzo" Bonham as well as Kenny Arnoff -- John Mellencamp's guy! There's so many good drummers.
