Until recently I have been out of the working band scene due to family and job obligations. I continued to play guitar a lot and have explored different styles such as acoustic fingerpicking. I started playing guitar around 14 and played with several bands with several of the best pickers in the area. Somewhere around the age of 20 I was offered a job in a traveling band called Shagar which was basically the answers to all my dreams with one catch. They needed a bassist so over the next two weeks I learned as much of their set lists as I could and faked the rest. Bass player boot camp. I play with that band for 9 years. So most of my stage experience is as bass, lead,and backup vocals. However my passion is still lead and acoustic guitar. I will play either/or if I get in with the right bunch of fellas or chicks
