From Redding California, the five-member band, ARCHER delivers a rich blend of reality rock and roll music to fans everywhere. ARCHER’s tunes are uniquely versatile and offer something intoxicating for Everyone! Virtually in unison, band members agree “Music is my salvation.”

Todd Archer, born to an opera singer, brings a lust of riveting lyrics and vocals while Jay Young's amazing, unique drumming drives the beat. Fireman Scott Ross, one of our cities celebrated heroes, plays strings fretless and adds his mastery to bass guitar. JR Ross, plays leads and rhythm upside down and backwards, creating a sound like no other! William Dowdy, holding down perfect rhythms while Terry Hunter brings it all home with soulful charm and the ability to bring forth magical melodies that melt the heart.

ARCHER owes their talent to having been in bands since age 13 and 14. Todd Archer: singer/songwriter/ founder of ARCHER writes most of the songs. His material dates back more than twenty years; tells the stories of trials and tribulations, homelessness and sadness endured throughout his journey, to success, through humbling circumstances.

These creative men definitely think outside the box! Their genre is somewhere between Funk, Folk, Soul and heavy Rock n Roll. This gifted group of musicians plays all original songs that come with a punch that grips! The Harmonies and melodic backup vocals soften the stage while bliss oozes from the strings tuned to each other’s Soul.

ARCHER’S performance isn’t one you’ll want to miss! They are preparing to play gigs throughout California, across the Country and abroad, including a festival tour in 2020!
