I am a performing songwriter. I have played in a variety of bands, most of which could be loosely called folk-rock, though I draw from many influences in my songwriting and don't particularly care for genre labels. At this stage I am interested in performing original; material only.

Influences
Yes! I am open to inspiration from any source. I consider my best music to be rooted in blues, gospel and other indigenous traditions, but I also want my songs to look to the future and not merely echo the past. My own creative urge is my strongest influence.
