I am a basic picker/singer/song-writer, multi-instrumentalist, who's been playing and writing, off n on, for a good 40+ years, so now that I'm retired, I just want to pursue music essentially for the creative fun of it, and becuz...well, it's uh, me....it's what I like doing and wanna do, for like maybe my second career, now that I'm retired from my career work scene.
Basically, I am looking for others like myself, multi-instrumentalists who write and sing, who are into doing original tunes, theirs or someone elses...but at this point in time, I am not dead-set for or against doing anything that is creative, dynamic, and fun. Right now, I'm just exploring options and possibilities, so if this sounds interesting, well heey, shoot me an e-mail and let's get together and at least talk shop.
UPDATE: August 2015. Have been playing guitar, (rhythm/lead)with the High Mesa Band here in Alamogordo since its inception, a year ago back in June. We've had a few personnel changes along the way, but are keeping on keeping on, and working on our first CD. And most important, we've having fun doing what we're doing!!!
Update: July 26, 2016....Well High Mesa is pretty much history, as of some months ago. It was a good gig while it lasted, but time to move on forward.....
Update: October 4, 2017....Started doing a few solo gigs around here in Alamo-land, just acoustic 6/12-string n my voice...fwiw....It's been fun and a good venue for doing my originals and a few select fave covers from over the years...getting some good posititve feed-back!!!:) (also good for exercising me ol' vocal chords, LoL)...More later.....

Update: September, 2019: Just relocated over to SE Arizona from southern NM....it was time for a change, LoL....Anyways, I'm still here n looking for a scene that's fun, dynamic and creative....as in some kindred souls and spirits, and a few venues to do what I do.....more to come, at the right time.....
