ABOUT

Red Hot Chili Peppers cover band, eventually transforming into a full on tribute band once we have enough live experience.

The bass player and drummer have been working on this project for about a year now. Once the original singer and guitar player quit, we scrambled to find new people. Eventually we found Pete for guitars, and he's done a tremendous job in very little time. So we're just trying to fill out our singer spot, which apparently is very difficult to do. Hopefully we can find some serious musicians on this thing. Contact me if you're interested.

Ideally, our new member would need to be a good singer, who can occasionally spout out some funky rap-style lyrics (In the form of RHCP, of course). Ability to play rhythm guitar on a few songs would be helpful.

We have a professional mentality. So we would want our singer to reflect that. We're not looking to be the next big thing. We want to play some funky tunes, and have a good time doing it. We drink a few beers and we enjoy ourselves. No druggies. Age range in about the 22 to 35 range, give or take a couple.

Plus various jams that we do. We like to improvise, just like RHCP does.

EQUIPMENT

We have our Jam space in Springfield where we have a PA with two speakers and two mics set up. We have a digital recorder and the necessary microphones for that. The drummer has his drum set, the guitar player has his guitars, pedals, amps, etc. The bass player has his guitars, pedals, and full stack. All we need now is someone to sing.
