Currently learning bass and was a beginner guitar player at church. I have 8 years of gospel choir experience. Experience with 3 bands for a brief period mainly as a background singer (Contralto) and some lead singing.
Played bass and sang in Pawn Shop Girls band and started to play at open mics to jam with other experienced bands and musicians at a local pub.

Prefer: Soul Oldies, Funk, R&B, Rock of various sub-genres. No country or rap.
Members Of Band
TS - Me a bass player in training and mostly want to do background vocals (alto) with a few leads. Prefer mostly male and a soprano female around the age of 50. Need a guitar / keyboard player male vox, drummer and vox. Not ready for another 2-4 years.
EQUIPMENT
I have (3 bass guitars (Epiphone E3 and Thunderbird IV Vintage and an Ibanez GSR200) Ampeg & Behringer amps for bass, harmonicas, basic Drums, Acoustic guitar and small percussion instruments, 1 mic and 2 mic stands and 2 music stands. Studio/band room is 11x11.5 which is better than what I had (9x9).
