Ex-professional backing vocalist seeking creative team to write, arrange and record music.
My main goal is to find a guitar or keyboard player (who is not focused on being his/her own lead singer) to partner with, and write songs, arrange & rearrange music, then take those into the recording studio with the intention of having our music placed.
My voice is alto and smooth, so I can sing on SOME of our projects, (as well as DJ or Electronica projects), however I do not expect to be the singer on everything we create. I like the idea of having different voices for different songs--the right voice to represent the tune.
I sing parts or peck them out on a keyboard during a collaborative writing session, so it would be ideal to work with someone who either has perfect pitch or knows some theory.
