Chuck Berrry, Mike Bloomfield, BB King, Albert King, Jimi Hendrix, Elmore James, Beatles, Rolling Stones, Johnny Winter, Eric Clapton, Peter Green, Johnny Smith, George Benson, Bob Dylan, Jeff Beck, Carlos Santana, Duane Allman, so many others I can't name them all here. Many great musicians that never became famous.
