Hi- I am a vocalist/keyboard/viola player who is interested in forming some sort of regular jam session. Looking for any instrument and any voice range and any skill level. Once we have the people, we can work on setting up the space where we can meet regularly. Anything goes musically- heavy metal, pop, hip hop, R&B, country, classical, techno, folk, celtic, tribal, blues- ANYTHING!!!! The point of the jam sessions would be to practice, and to expand musically. Learn from other musicians!!! Even if you aren't into a type of music, the jam sessions might give you new ideas and insight, as well as expand your already existing musical abilities, and even aid in finding you bandmates! Send me a reply with the instrument(s) you play, voice ranges if you sing, what area of town you would prefer to meet in and the times and areas and times that won't work at all.

I myself have been playing over 10 years but have only started singing and practicing seriously. I have some written music. I would love to start playing in group jam sessions and start getting some polished pieces together. I love to combine classical with hard rock.

Influences
Everything from classical, to hard rock, to rap to blues. As for specific artists, I love a range of people from Rob Zombie to Enya. I also like in no particular order: Garbage, Evanescence, Mozart, Beethoven, Vivaldi, Clementi, Chopin, Bach, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Puddle of Mudd, Pink Floyd, Amy Winehouse and Lady Gaga- yes I think they have something to offer musically, Bob Marley, Muse, Type O Negative, The Damned, Louis Armstrong, The Damned, Guns n Roses, Bon Jovi, Depeche Mode, S.O.D, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Shakira and so so many others.
