I 'see' music as both fun and a source of income. Although I am not working (performing) at the time of writing (6/08), I have a reasonably successful teaching business. But I NEED to be WORKING!!! I am EASY to get along with; quiet. I see myself as the "HUMBLE TECH". I don't get into the 'politics' of interactions and machinations between members. I just like to do my job! :-)

MY HISTORY??? I have been working professionally for most of my years (14 to 50+ years). Different gigs - pop, dance, mood, jazz, country, big band, small band, country pub / party to large auditorium. CONFIDENCE??? Confidence comes from "knowing what ya doing", and proper band practice! :-))

Influences:

Especially old guitar instrumentals. :-) (I am an 'old fart' myself). I guess that I just like what sounds good to me ... but to be more specific; the standard guitar 'legends': Duane Eddy, Hank Marvin, Tommy Emanuel, Chet Atkins, Les Paul, Lorindo Almeda and a host of others have ALL influenced me at different times over the years.
