Played 8 years through middle school (junior high) and high school (1969 - 1977). Played gigs briefly after high school. Stopped playing in 1977 and picked up horn again in 2013. Currently playing in an "indie" band. I am also playing in a community band for part of the year since 2018. I can read music and use MuseScore to write the trumpet parts for the indie band.
