Where The Ocean Meets The Sky began in November of 2007 with a goal of making something new and original and bringing that to a stagnant music scene filled with cookie cutter acts and cliches. In February of 2008 WTOMTS brought their brand of rock music out to play for the first time live in front of an audience of roughly 200 people and since have never looked back. Fast forward to 2009. After 2 member changes, 100's of shows, recording an EP at the famed Big Blue Meenie studios, WTOMTS is primed to explode onto not just the local music scene but the national scene. With a finalized lineup whose former bands read like a who's who in the South Jersey music scene, a live show that will leave you breathless, a resume that boasts opening slots for He Is Legend, Drop Dead Gorgeous, BrokenCYDE, Eyes Set To Kill, And Then There Were None, I Set My Friends On Fire, Driver Side Impact, The Chariot, Oh Sleeper, Haste The Day, Agraceful, Gwen Stacy, Emarosa, In Fear and Faith, Our Last Night, I See Stars, Burden Of A Day, Asking Alexandria, Alesana, THe Bled, and a ton of stage time with the best regional and local bands around coupled with a work ethic that rivals any musician in existence this band is sure to surprise many a listener with their flawless blend of hardcore and pop sensibilities.
