Raymond Diaz has been working in the audio industry for over 5 years and Session Guitarist for over 7 years. In 2010 Raymond Diaz began working at the Recording Studio at Hostos Community College and quickly became head Engineer and Software/Hardware problem solver for the facility, Raymond Diaz is still currently maintaining Repairing Equipment, Microphones and Pre-amps for his workplace.

Alongside mentorship from great men like Reese Shad (Chair of the department and former owner of Sweetfish records. ReesShad), Barry Hartglass ( Pro musician composer/arranger mixing and mastering.
