I have extensive experience gigging (and of course rehearsing) with bands and a moderate amount of studio experience. I keep solid time and I've been told that I play in a lyrical way. I'm not an overly heavy hitter and I appreciate dynamics (musical AND interpersonal!) very much. I have a fair voice - I can hold a melody and even do simple harmonies. I'm also creative and can do flyer design and the like. I love the ensemble experience. I'd like to join a project that is mixing great covers - maybe esoteric but jaw-dropping - with originals that the band fine-tunes as a team.

Influences
I have most of the early albums by Jethro Tull and Joni Mitchell (two separate collections - I don't think they ever collaborated!). Currently I'm playing with a blues-rock group. Most recently before this I coordinated a band that covered No Doubt, Adele, Garbage, Sheryl Crow, Nikka Costa and such.
