Lyrically methodical and a natural-born storyteller, Washington D.C based artist The Venomous Chemist has spent the best part of two decades carving out a formidable reputation in America’s Hip-Hop scene.

With creative sampling at the heart of his sound, The Venomous Chemist’s definitive sound is built upon pillars of genuine storytelling and a seasoned, diverse, and expertly curated flow. Abundant with originality, conviction, and unadulterated passion, his music is heavily inspired by the environment that he was surrounded with during his youth. All of this is delivered through a captivating collation of thought-provoking lyricism and an undeniably smooth delivery.

Growing up in a city where violence, drugs, and poverty were a harsh reality, The Venomous Chemist relied on music and his personal experiences to morph negatives into positives. By age 14, he considered himself an artist whose lyrics would not give way to the glorification of city vice.

Throughout his career, The Venomous Chemist has continuously strived to be himself, with constant evolution and strong morals at the heart of his mission to be remembered as a great artist who was defined for being a leader and not a follower. It’s this ethos that last year finally delivered his highly anticipated debut album, entitled ‘Paradox Motif’. The body of work was well received, picking up plenty of radio play, with ‘Audacious Mentality’, ‘Dawn Of Day’ and ‘Like Water’ all featured on Radio Indie International Network’s ‘Top 10 Countdown songs of the week’.

Additionally, The Venomous Chemist is the CEO of his own Independent Record label, Paradox Records.
