Since my old band is on a longer hiatus, I decided to start a new band, that is similar in the genre as Nuclear Green was, but with heavier guitar.
We are now 3 members (drums, guitar, and bass) and we are still looking for vocals (with or without instruments).
It is important that the right person(s) , has a fun and upbeat personality, even goofy :). The right person, should have love and appreciation for the following genres: 80s, rock, alternative and punk. I'm looking for musicians who are motivated and energetic, and who would like to see how far we can take this.
Our music is 80s infused rock with positive messages. Danceable and upbeat. Sounding similar to Pere Ubu or Television on several aspects as well as some other bands from that era. Below is our nuclear green album. Keep in mind that we will not play any of those songs but work on new material. However I want to keep the genre similar to that. What is to expect. We would like to perform 1 to 2 shows a month on average and practice new songs once a month or so depending, and of course pre show rehearsals if needed.
