Bahar Vokels isn’t just another vocalist; she is “A” vocalist, with a personality as unique as her voice ranging from 2nd Soprano to 1st Alto. Born and raised in Germany, with her bloodline directly linked to Turkey, Bahar has been singing since she can remember. It were her Idols Michael Jackson& Whitney Houston who first inspired her to pursue singing. Her Family encouraged her to take her gift seriously with every request they made for her to sing. It didn’t take Bahar long to realize her gift; by sixteen she began touring parts of Europe with the bands Rhythm Department, Midnight Movers and Amokoma. While on tour with these amazing bands, Bahar fell in love with artist like Chaka Khan, Diana Ross, Prince, Alicia Keys, Erykah Badu, Lauryn Hill, India.Arie, Amy Winhouse& Beyonce. Bahar has all the makings of an international sensation being able to sing in three different languages, German, Turkish and English. Now in St. Louis, MO, Bahar is raising two beautiful children, while finding her place in the American Music scene. At twenty-eight, Bahar hasn’t cooled down; she’s risen like the Phoenix to chase her dreams of becoming the best.
