ABOUT

Looking to connect with another guitarist, or keys, and bassist preferably with vocal ability. Open to other instruments.

I can sing and harmonize. I play rhythm or lead, acoustic or electric guitar. Prefer electric.

I can stay on key and choose songs within my range. On guitar I am a solid rhythm player, decent lead player.

My goal would be to play for fun initially. Then, when we have enough material, play out once a month at breweries, private parties, venues other than bars and late night places.

I have previous band experience in Blues, Americana, Classic Rock, Country, Indie Folk/Rock.

I want to play Blues, Western Swing, Rockabilly, select Classic Rock. I like Light Jazz as well. My tastes are eclectic.

I have a fairly good handle on chords and music theory, although I am not a music school graduate.

NOT at all interested in playing covers that you hear all the time. I prefer lesser-known music, B-sides, songs that have a familiar form, a solid groove, and a pleasing melody. Songs that appeal to listeners, feel familiar, but aren't standard fare.
