Brad Frey started his musical career in the 70’s as keyboardist for Dan Holloway and Company, a popular lounge act in the Pittsburgh, PA area followed by the “3 B’s”, a hotel resort trio, “Sweet Rain” and “MVP” where he also performed on trumpet, trombone and horn. The band (MVP) evolved into a popular disco band in the NY metro area. Other bands included “Prime Cut”, “Enterprise”, “The Bradford More Orchestra”, “Grooveline” and the “Sandy Rose Orchestra”. Other recent bands included “Columbus Circle”, the light jazz group “Tocalo”, "Spellbound", "The Funk Project" and "Stir Crazy Band".
Brad also continues as a solo pianist and accompanist specializing in "The American Songbook" and standard jazz classics.
Currently, Brad is the current music director for Theatre Three's "A Christmas Carol" in Port Jefferson NY. Among his credits include the composition of three original musicals the most recent being "AirHeart"(2010) which is also available on iTunes®. Brad is a graduate of both Columbia University and the University of Pittsburgh.
