Channeling Owen has be playing and recording over the past ten years. We are gearing up to start playing out again, it's been almost a year. We can get gigs pretty easily. We last played at The Living Room. We'd like to play once every 2 or 3 months. We are seeking a bassist and a string player, preferably cello but violin or viola will do. Would practice 2 to 4 times per month until songs are learned then more like 1 time per month. We're also looking for a rhythm guitar player (electric or acoustic) who can also sing.

Influences
We have a lot of influences. The music is accessible rock with strong melodies and lyrics. Our favorite band: Beatles, Zeppelin, Elliot Smith, Counting Crows, Neil Young. We've always had a string player which adds an interesting flavor and we use a lot of harmonies.
