ABOUT

I'm currently seeking musicians for a Heavy Metal band that can also play an Evanescence tribute (12-15 songs).

I've been in live entertainment from an early age. Bass is my primary instrument. I have founded several successful bands and I have experience managing bands, working with talent agencies, working in radio, recording and live sound and light production, I'm proficient with several DAWs as well several video production suites. I'm experienced and honest to a fault.

Please contact me if interested in playing of for more information about how I can assist you with live production and recording. Thanks for your time.

Influences

"Too many to mention" really tells you nothing; so, I will list a few of the too many to mention that influenced me. I have enjoyed playing a wide variety of music in my time; Country, Southern Rock, Rock n Roll, Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, High Energy Dance, Pop and Carolina Beach Music. Influences Black Sabbath, Jimi Hendrix, Robin Trower, Mahogany Rush, Rush, Pink Floyd, Metallica. Oh yeah I like Evanescence too, great sound, love Amy Lee). I'm showing my age here. LOL At this point I will fall back to "too many to mention". This bandmix profile is geared toward Hard Rock projects, but I was also influenced by artists across many genres.

EQUIPMENT

I own Triangle Sound and Light. Live production and recording gear is not an issue for most venues. http://www.trianglesoundandlight.com

4 Fender basses, my favorite and the one I use most live is an American Fender 5 String Deluxe Jazz bass. I also have a Schecter Omen Extreme 5 String and several other older basses.

For live performances I use a Peavey TNT combo amp or for larger venues a 1000 watt Peavy head with a Peavey 4x10 cabinet sitting on top of a Peavey 15 Black Widow cabinet. All amps and cabinets are in live-in ATA travel cases with casters. I have a couple of the TNTs, the 1000 Watt head, and some smaller practice or green room amps such as Peavey Max-Bass 12, and Hartke 10. I have an elaborate petal board for a bass player, which stays on the truck 99% of the time, just like most of my amps. LOL

I have a 20 foot box truck with liftgate, several complete, large and powerful sound systems with several mixing consoles, amp racks, microphones and stands, stage monitors, all the necessary cables and electronics and enough light show to do a small airport.
