We are a non-profit made-for-fun band located in Woodruff SC. We perform many different kinds of music and in many styles, including Christian, rock, pop, acapella, and instrumentals. We also perform interpretive movements and dances. We have performed musically for the City of Woodruff in December 2013 (Christmas on Main), May 2014 (Pickin' In The Park/BBQ Cook-Off), June 2014 (Praise In The Park/CWYR Revival), and were broadcast live onto a local radio station. We also performed a Thriller Flash Mob at the 2014 Halloween on Main in Woodruff. We perform at local churches and street events, and are continuously offered opportunities to perform. We practice every Thursday evening from 7:30-9:30pm. Food is provided. If you decide to join you must be comfortable playing and listening to Christian music and praying to God. We play solely because He gave us these talents and we wish to share His love and wonderful music pieces with others. To join you must be between the ages of 12 and 25 (some exceptions may be made) and prepare a solo audition with your specified instrument(s). Be prepared to jam with current members as part of your audition. We consist of 11 members, both male and female, age range 13-20, who play instruments listed below.
Violin, basic electric guitar, keyboard/piano, drums, clarinet, trumpet, high soprano vocalist, soprano vocalist, mezzo soprano vocalist, tenor vocalist.
EQUIPMENT
Electric drum set (not sure on specifics), 61-key electric keyboard, amps (not sure on specifics), and personal instruments/equipment.
CALENDAR
Past Events
Random Fandom will perform 45 minutes of various selections of music, including contemporary Christian, anime soundtrack, old classics, and stick dramas to "End of the Beginning" and "Arise My Love". All songs/dramas will be performed live and broadcast on live radio. If you are in the Woodruff area on the 31st please stop by and watch us perform!
