I have a band I am looking to develop from being a studio based group to both a studio and stage based band. I am looking for musicians who are more multi-instrumentalists. Skills are not necessarily as important as passion.
I don't mind egos so long as everyone has the ability to compromise. I do most of the writing but don't mind other songwriters. I do most of the vocals now but don't mind sharing vocals with someone. I don't care about gender, sexual orientation, or race -- if you are interested in playing, that is all that matters.
I have over 30 years of playing experience, so that means I have dealt with about every type of musician out there. I do alternative music that is more affiliated with "post punk, proto-industrial, and experimental". I am not really interested in wasting my time with people who have drug problems(Note: I don't care if you do drugs, but I prefer it not be around me; what you do on your own time is your business -- not mine.).
