I'm a professional Drummer, backup and lead vocalist in the North Central Florida area, Crystal River, Inverness, Ocala. I’m interested in joining an existing group or doing fill in work as needed.
I would also be available to travel outside of my area depending on the music genre.
OK, a bit about myself.
I played drums for Stash, Hi Flyer, Spellbinder, The Hoods and J.R. Sims and the Returns in the south Florida area during the 1980s and 1990s playing top 40, Hard rock/metal and Texas blues rock.
Depending on the group our song material included the following, Styx, Doors, Duran Duran, Talking Heads, The Police, Journey, Pat Benetar, Heart, David Bowie, T. Rex, The Cars, Judas Priest, Scorpions, Black Sabbath, Pat Travers, Riot, SRV, Robin Trower, Jimi Hendrix, Johnny Winter among others.
Upon relocating to north central Florida in the 1990s I played for Rock Steady, Jimmy Sparks, 10 Years Gone ( Led Zep tribute) and Keith Caton and the Accelerators with material that included, Eric Clapton, Cream, Deep Purple, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers, Cry of Love, Tom Petty, Santana, Bad Company, STP, Alice in Chains, Hot Chili Peppers, Led Zeppelin, Grand Funk Railroad, Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy, Robert Johnson, Delbert McClinton along with our original material.
Excellent meter and dynamics, no drama or addictions.
I play Tama drums, use Paiste or Zildjian cymbals and have drum mikes and submixer.
