Looking to form or join band. My playing style and influences are 70s - 80s classic rock, hard rock, southern rock... Honestly, I think disco is F--g cool with todays modern equipment... Would like to play covers as well as write originals with the right musicians... To me the singer is the most important as he is the voice of the band... Looking for singers who can sing in key, with skid row, Motley crue, ozzy, Vh, Gnr, etc... They dont have hit all the high notes. Just be able to sing in key... That should not be a problem if your a real singer... Ive spent most of my time having to play songs that suck and those days are over!!! Here are a few covers I demand to play or not play at all in a band.

This is a short n small list. However there are many many more covers i know and am willing to learn if you are able to play these... Its a simple type test, interview, etc... If you like these songs and this style and can play these then we are like minded and will play together great... We will be able to write originals and have a great time. My idea of a great band would be, Singer, 2 guitar players "two electric or 1 electric 1 acoustic". Bass, drums, piano would be nice but not absolute.
My belief is as follows - You and I are not going to be Rock Stars or change this lost world with music. Those days are over!!! Get over it!!! However, we can play and give the people joy and a great time to help them escape this F--k-d up world were living in... I do not care if you drink or whatever as long as you are humble, kind and can play... If this interest you, reach out - four 0 5 - nine oh five- nine fo five 5. text first so ill answer. I'm in Edmond four days a week and Norman 3 days a week. Finally, to all singers, if I and a bass player, and a drummer can play this music note for note, then you can sing it in key. Remember you don't have to hit all the highs just sing in key.....
