Around high school and a little bit after I was in a punk grunge and ska band. I've played in many contemporary worship bands. I was heavy into the singer songwriter open mic thing in Chattanooga TN. Influences
The Seattle 90's, punk, ska, reggae, Neil Young, Tom Petty, Jack Johnson, rock music in general old and new, some country and bluegrass, some hip hop..... Let's just say I like all music. I've been compared to Lou Reed and Jack Johnson. When I go out solo I'm acoustic and that limits me; but give me a bass player and a drummer and I start doing things that I haven't been able to capture on audio as of yet.
