I was actively playing in clubs until I left Arizona to return to New England. I recently hooked up with an old friend who happens to be an outstanding drummer. After finding a Bass player on Bandmix we're off to a great start. We all have day jobs but we're very excited about devoting our time to this project.
Our focus is to join with a talented multi-keyboardist (primarily B3/piano) to play quality arrangements of contemporary Blues tunes by Robben Ford, Gary Moore, Buddy Guy, Gregg Allman, Lonnie Mack, and many others. We're interested in original composition and are open to your input for that, as well.
Our goal is to do this in a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere where committed work and great fun are not mutually exclusive, but are one in the same. If we're all really enjoying our collaboration and the body of work that comes from it, we'd definitely enjoy getting out to gig.
If this appeals to you, we'd like to hear from you! Please understand that this is not a need-to-pay-the-rent money gig for us (been there, done that) but a project we're pursuing to scratch our creative itch and satisfy our passion for good music, played well, and enjoyed by all.
