hi all - I'm Jon.... after 35 yrs in corp America as an IT professional, I now have the time to enjoy music with others again.

I am serious about music, and I show up mostly sober, prepared, showered, and on-time, but this isn't a source of income for me, so not THAT serious! I am chill, ego in check, respectful of others and have a good, but twisted, sense of humor.

Piano player for over 50 years, relatively recent to the organ, love ALL music esp blues, jazz, r&b and classic rock. great ear, can play almost anything by ear, love big fat chords and harmonic substitutions, can harmonize, not a lead singer but I can carry a tune and sing backup within my range, baritone.

I have a weird infatuation with TV and movie theme show music: for example, Hawaii 5-0, ABC Wide World of Sports, Mission Impossible, etc. Anyone else?
