Hello, my name is Chadrick. Recently I have been encouraged by people who have heard my voice to get myself out there and involved in the musical community.

Operatically/Classically trained voice. Have participated in choir groups. Seeking Bands to shadow, and experiment with, to build musical experience. Creative writer and am capable of writing haunting / eloquently styled lyrics. My vocal range is pretty wide, mostly bass baritone.

Influences

I very much try to emulate, in a male expression, artists like Loreena McKennit, or vocalists that have collaborated with Ivan Torrent. My vocals are more enunciated, soft, ethereal. I am open to new styles and challenging my vocal technique however. Singing is one of my greatest passions. I generally sing by ear.

In addition to being able to sing english lyrics, learning to sing lyrics in other language formats is not very difficult for me as phonetics are pretty simple for me to grasp.

I have a photographic memory and imagination, so I have potential to create pretty marvelous things if surrounded by the right inspiration and motivation. I would like to collaborate with individuals who have an interest in creating something unusual, preferably like the works of Audiomachine or Ivan Torrent. I want to create music that gives chills and takes people to places only their minds can imagine.

I can also sing a light language. While I know that light languages are more in line with spirituality and metaphysics, I will say that they are worth listening to. You'd have to hear it to understand. When I sing this light language, melodies tend to get created on their own, and the melodies are incredibly haunting and beautiful at times. I will also add that I am not a religious person, or a man of conviction. I think all ways of seeing religion are valid for those who believe in them, whether that means atheism, an organized religion, or spiritual frame of mind.

I do have an electric keyboard, blue yeti microphone, lute harp, acoustic guitar, and some ocarinas. I'll need teach myself to play when I finish my schooling and start my software engineering career next year.
