I picked up the guitar for a random hobby about 5 or so years ago, but it has turned into a pretty serious interest for me. I've been practicing consistently ever since I picked up a guitar. I used to be into heavy metal but am leaning towards pop/rock sounds from 80's bands but putting in my own spin on things to get an original sound.
An important thing to note is that I'm looking to form a band comprised of other Christians. However does not have to be "Christian Music".

Influences
I've turned my musical ambitions towards mellower but still guitar-heavy bands. Some of my most influential bands are Radiohead, The Smiths, Joy Division and maybe some classic rock bands.
