ABOUT

I’m a bassist as well as a mandolin player interested in stringband pickini and Irish music. I’m also a street artist w/ 6 yof my art posted in . I played percussion in school and like my father, I started a band with my friend ego played guitar when I was 13. And b my friend was 27. It was 1984. After 5 years of searching for a god bass player who could improvise Al the way we wished, I shed having taught myself the bass guitar and keys, all by ear, I wanted to be that bass player but my friend wanted me on drums. I ended up leaving the band, a bad mistake followed by decades of poor living and bad decision making ss i l didn’t have and active involvement playing music anymore. I finally got back to it after my marriage and divorce. 4 years ago I decided to make an instrument bucket list, and I had gotten a banjo to play Irish music on. But the moment ki started learning it I immediately felt compelled to get a Mandolin and I have taught myself to play it to the point of wanting to find other musicians to play with. I love Irish and bluegrass but I also love playing bass with a surf 60’s garage punk / pixies like style and I also love playing old classics. My friend and I had started collaborating on a dozen or so songs v ranging from Beatles, monkeys, Hermans Hermits, , Tommy Row, And even a couple originals. We switched off between us on acoustic bass and guitars.

I have also taken up the fiddle and can play accordion, tin whistle, Irish rhythm bones¿x I want to play music and there’s always music coming out of me from somewhere. I’m 52 and just want to start sharing it before I’m done on this world :D
