Looking for a fit like we all are. I'm 71, played bass in a country band years ago,(Jennings era) for a few years. Retired now but have been playing the bass, improving guitar and on the cusp of playing lead. Currently learning piano .Write some, mainly comes out as folk/rock...sometimes country. I have practice space. Would like to practice a night a week and play out every so often. text four oh one six four oh one one nine nine .
Basically want to not just jam maybe get a body of work to play out now and then when an op' arises.

Influences
Basically I like most genres with no particular influence. Tend to play folk/ rock but enjoy listening to classic rock as well. Songs I like are all over the place but Heavy Metal, Punk, Rap, not really for me.

EQUIPMENT
Amps/guitars/bass/keys....never could see the import of this section. I have what i need, I can practice most times and looking to stay within a 1/2 hour of west greenwich. My ideal situation is one where i can grow musically along others as well. Would like an op' to play some originals but not all. Bass was the primary , of late ,would like to do some guitar work and eventually some keyboard . Text as I leave calls alone. Had this profile up a while now, little in replies. Sure is tough finding a fit these days. Not a pro, not a rookie, somewhere in the middle and still trying to get a bandmate, other than youtube. Avail to practice at any time really at least 1x a week
