We’re looking for a bassist with a unique voice to round out our sound. We’ve been playing as a trio for a few years, and are now looking for a richer sound. We currently practice about once a week, and are looking to play out once or twice a month in the Pacific Northwest, mostly in the Portland area. We have good relationships with a few venues and with McMenamin’s, and have little trouble finding paid gigs.
Our all original music is driven by Boone’s heavily rhythmic acoustic guitar, topped with Michael’s melodic and atmospheric electric guitar, and backed by John on drums.
The bass lines on the new album were recorded by Michael, but our new bassist will be free to write their own parts. Whether you’re just looking to hold down the bottom end, or want to be a songwriting member of the group, we hope you’ll contact us.
