I stumbled into singing a few years ago and discovered that it is not only medicinal for my soul, but I apparently have a natural ability and people really enjoy my sound and lyrical delivery. This far my only outlet has been karaoke, BUT every single time I sing which is 5-7 times a week, at least 1 person most of the time several people, ask me what brand I'm in or tell me that I should be a contestant on American Idol or otherwise encourage me to go all in and pursue my singing seriously. So that is what I am here looking to do. I am driven to not only use my instrument, but to master it and push my ability to new levels. I am looking for a group of fellow artists who are willing and able to be as dedicated and passionate about creating and performing as I am. I feel in my heart and soul that I have what it takes to go as far in the music industry as anyone of your favorite musicians. Music is my life, it has given me a new lease on life, afforded me a constructive outlet for the passion and energy inside me that I have struggled to deal with my entire life. The first time I sang, was the last time I got drunk. I'm looking forward to making connections and know that new friendships are waiting for me here. I am confident enough that I have no stage fright, yet humble enough to take advice and constructive criticism when it's given and am looking forward to this next chapter in my life, I can feel in my soul that amazing experiences are just ahead!

Influences
Chris Cornell has been my hero since I was 13, Chris Stapleton has filled the void left by his untimely passing. Foy Vance is an incredible song writer and amazing vocalist. Ray Charles, Roy Orbison, Willie Waylon and the boys, The Steel Woods, Skynyrd, The Stones, Pink Floyd, The Steel Driver's Frank Black (The Pixies and solo projects) Aretha Franklin, Lady Gaga(yes Lady Gaga????), I'm sure there are some that I am leaving out but these are the main ones. Side note, I can sing every song Stapleton has released, it feels like he wrote them for me.

All in have is my voice since my guitar was stolen. I am not a proficient guitarist, but have a desire to learn some rhythm so I can participate in open mic's and not be bound strictly to Acapella performances
