Fat heavy grooves with blistering solo's make for a knock out punch on stage or for recording sessions Scott Carothers, a northwest native, was born into an all musician family. Both his parents were fine musicians and music teachers. His brother and sister are also well crafted players. Scott had an opportunity to try out pretty much every instrument (his father was a band instructor). "When my dad brought a snare drum home I was hooked". Moving on to the drumset, Scott has perfected his craft over his 36 year drumming career with internationally acclaimed artists such as Howard Lesse (Heart), Medford Joe Robinson (Breker Brothers), Kelly Gray (Queensrych), Randy Norris (Kansas), just to name a few. Scott is considered a pioneer in the drumming community in the Seattle area since he hit the scene in "84. Since that time, Scott has graced the stages and studios of the northwest in a multitude of genres
