Vernon Moore Biography
Since age seventeen Vernon Moore has been writing, recording, and
producing projects.In 1996, he headed the CD Release of Pastor JW Moore
and the Emmanuel Concert Choir's"The Journey Home".In 2003, the second
project to his credit was "Let It Rain" which featured his first group Leviticus.
In the year 2003, Vernon, established his own Record Company
(With Us Entertainment). He envisioned a new and different christian/gospel
sound to introduce to the people of God. With future goals of clothing lines,
community development programs, foreign missions organization,
and music/arts conferences the future looks bright for the With Us Entertainment
Company.
Vernon Moore & the Urgency Project became one of the most exciting
groups to blaze the streets of Jackson, MS, in a long time.This was Moore's first
live recording.January 2004, Mississippi was buzzing to get their hands on a
copy of their CD!!! The release date was January 2005. Their first radio single
entitled"Hell Never Change" quickly made its ascent to the #1 spot on the charts
of 95.5(Clear Channel Radio) for more than eight weeks. Their music has also
hit the airways of places such as New York, Texas, Arkansas,California, and
has found a fan base in Japan!
Vernon Moore has performed around the country in places such as
Tampa, Florida; Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Austin, Texas; Memphis,Tennessee;
Chicago, Illinois;San Diego, California; Nashville,Tennessee; Dallas,Texas; and
Montgomery, Alabama; He made his international debut in Yocusuka, Japan in 2006 .
He made his first official appearance on The Bobby Jones Gospel Showcase
in 1997 and second in Decemberof 2005. He has also shared the same stage with
phenomenal acts such as Mary Mary,Tye Tribbett, Deluge,Karen Clark-Sheard,
Kierra "Ki Ki" Sheard, The Canton Spirituals, Beverly Crawford, Micah Stamply,
and Lisa McClendon.
